Our Home Care service is designed for people who require flexible ongoing care to live independently at home. This can include a bespoke package of care covering medical support, housekeeping and social interaction. All our services are tailored to your needs and are available on a flexible basis from half-hour visits to 24-hour care packages, 365 days a year.
Our homecare services involve personal carers that visit your home daily, spend time with you and accompany you to any social events, outdoor activities or appointments. Our care workers are professionally trained in care and provide support for a variety of complex conditions and needs including end of life, dementia, Alzheimer, Parkinson, diabetes, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
We also provide homecare services to individuals whose care is funded by Social Services or the NHS rather than privately.
Partnerships With Other Agencies
As well as recruiting a professional and dedicated team for our homecare services, we work in partnership with health and social care professionals to ensure everyone receives the most appropriate medical and personal care from our experienced care assistants, nurses, district nurses and/or occupational therapists. We have an excellent relationship with social services and can directly invoice them where appropriate.
